Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring optimal water quality and equipment functionality. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying skimmer and pump baskets.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals as necessary to maintain safe and clear water.
• Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) for proper functioning and report any issues to management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Document services performed and maintain accurate records of chemical levels and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in and around water.
